Front Row Syndicate
The Front Row Syndicate commenced in 2015. The syndicate holds a mix of 5 properties across Hawkes Bay and Manawatu.

Tight Five Syndicate
The Tight Five Syndicate commenced in 2017. The syndicate holds a mix of 4 properties from Palmerston North to Tauranga.
Midfield Syndicate
The Midfield Syndicate commenced in 2019. This syndicate holds one significant property, being the FPG Building, in Napier.
Aporo Syndicate
The Aporo Syndicate commenced in 2019. This syndicate holds one significant coolstore and packhouse building in Hastings.
Clyde Packhouse Syndicate
The Clyde Packhouse Syndicate commenced in January, 2021. This syndicate developed a new packhouse in Clyde, Central Otago, which is now leased to sister syndicate, the Sunfruit Syndicate Limited Partnership
