Tremain Capital commenced trading in 2015 with the goal of providing a range of investment opportunties for friends and family. This quickly grew to a more significant business when the decision was made to extend the opportunities to a wider investment base. Founder, Chris Tremain, was joined in 2017 by Geoff Norgate. Together the partners have grown the business across a range of investment classes offering a portfolio of opportunities to their investor community.
Our Company
Tremain Capital Management Limted is the General Partner across a range of investment syndicates. We work with "Wholesale Investors" to provide investment opportunities for your capital. We are not "Financial Advisers". As such we uncover opportunities, undertake the appropriate due dilligence, and then present these opportunities and the risks to our investors in the form of an Information Memorandum. The decision to invest rests entirely with our clients and their own investment advisors.

Our People
We're a small company based in Hawke's Bay, New Zealand. Started in 2015 Tremain Capital set out on a journey to bring like minded people together to invest in projects of merit. Partners, Chris Tremain and Geoff Norgate, lead a team of skilled professionals. Chris has a background in residential and commercial property, politics, finance, and as a professional director. Geoff has been involved in the branded consumer goods industry (FMCG) for over 25 years with a focus on food and beverages. He has been CEO of a number of significant New Zealand businesses and is a director on a range of Boards in which he is also an active shareholder.
Tremain Capital works with a small group of high net worth investors. To invest with us you need to qualify as a "Wholesale Investor" which is defined by the Financial Markets Authority.
